What we collect

• At checkout (via Stripe): your name, email, billing details and the store URL and platform you enter. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Free summary requests: the email you send us and the store URL in it.
• Scan data: results of scanning your public storefront pages (no admin access, no customer data).

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers or cookies on this site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs.
• The in-browser free check runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.
• We don't sell or share your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How we use it

Only to run your scan, email your report, handle refunds and answer your questions. Monitoring subscribers get one report email per month.

Retention and deletion

We keep order records as required for accounting and scan results for up to 12 months (so monitoring can show what changed). Email pawsledger+audits@mail.grokbot.com to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.
