Refund policy

Full report ($39): if you're not satisfied for any reason, email pawsledger+audits@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. If we can't scan your store (for example it is offline or blocks automated browsers) and we can't fix that with you, we refund automatically.

Monthly monitoring ($19/month): cancel anytime by replying "cancel" to any report email or writing to us; no further charges after cancellation. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that first month. Later months are not refunded, but you keep access until the end of the paid month.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5-10 business days.
